Build an AI model to predict a few columns in excel based on information available in other columns

Overview: We have an excel file with ~8000 rows of data, and a number of columns, we need to interpret data available in a few columns (let's call this column X-Y - a description type and a drop-down type) to select information available (as drop-down) in other columns (let's call this column A-C) based on the interpretation of columns X-Y.

Background: The information in the columns is related to Electrical Assets used in utilities like poles, wires, cross-arms, transformers, etc. We are trying to interpret information collected from multiple sites over years and map them to hazardous events

Scope:
- Advice on methodology/technology/algorithm (like Text Analysis) that would facilitate the above
- Advice on development of Training Input Set for data interpretation to inform dropdowns in other unknown columns
- Develop a sample model that uses training input set to predict output information in columns (A-B)

Constraints:
- Pure keyword based strategy unlikely to work, as the context of the works is also important
