Build me a KPI indicator sheet

I am an industrialist in Food Processing Sector. I have a Rice Mill and a Flour Mill. My factories are generating a lot of production data but I am not able to use it appropriately. I need someone who can crunch the data and make sense of it. Someone who can look at the data and develop a KPI indicator sheet out of it. Basically develop a system to help a company become more efficient via the use of data.
