HR Analytics -- 3

I am looking for someone who can help me analyze a set of data relating to the time spent by a group of employees in an office. For each employee I have personal data and I know the amount of time spent on different activities. I need to define the "ideal model" for these employees (ie the best set of activities and time to devote to them) and to define a measure that can highlight how far each person is from the "ideal role model".
Once the model is defined, I need to translate it into an Multidimensional Expressions (MDX) i query.
