R Analysis and deliver recommendation

Select a research question (problem that needs a recommendation). There is no right or wrong question. I am looking for you to review the data and come up with a question you could answer with the data you have. It does not have to be Earth-shaking.
Conduct analysis (At least 3 different techniques)
Regression
Regression with Controls
Logistic Regression
Causal Inference
Decision Trees
Text as Data
Make a recommendation (Must include the following)
Logical written format (Decision Paper template)
At least 1 table
At least 2 other graphics explaining your analysis
At least 3 analytical techniques
Recommendation based on the analysis
Your analysis should be conducted in R.
Your graphics should be made using R.
Final paper should be in Word or PDF format.
5-9 pages long (include title page)
Single spaced (this is a business report)
12 point font (Times New Roman or Arial)
