I need help transcribing patient records for my thesis directly into our REDCap database. Because the workstation that hosts REDCap sits inside the hospital’s secure network, the work must be carried out in my office on campus; remote access is not possible.

You will read source material in mixed formats—scanned handwritten charts, typed discharge summaries, occasional lab slips—and enter each field carefully into the corresponding REDCap form. Accuracy matters: clinical variables, dates and free-text notes must match the originals exactly, since the dataset feeds my statistical analysis.

I can give you scheduled access to the workstation, orientation on the variable codebook, and guidance on privacy requirements. In return, I’m expecting:

• All assigned records fully transcribed
• Spot-checking that yields zero critical discrepancies
• Confirmation that no data leaves the hospital network

If you have experience with REDCap or similar EHR systems and can work on-site during regular weekdays, I’d love to get this moving quickly.
