review employee benefits

I am looking for a freelancer to review and replace my current employee benefit policy regarding PTO, sick time, annual carry over of PTO and paid breaks. I have specific ideas and requirements for the new policy, so the freelancer will need to be creative and have a good familiarity with employee benefits. This project will require an understanding of federal and state-level regulations for paid time off, as well as knowledge of common practices and creative ideas to craft a generous policy. The end goal is to create a comprehensive, equitable, and attractive policy that considers the needs, abilities, and values of my business while taking into account the interests of my employees.
