Job ID: 40111705

Budget: $50,000 – $100,000 USD

I have a full export of my website analytics and I want to dig deep into user behaviour, not just traffic counts or SEO metrics. The goal is to understand exactly how visitors move from page to page—where they start, the routes they take, where they hesitate, and where they drop off. In short, the focus is purely on user-flow analysis of our website data.

You are free to work in Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn), R, or even directly inside Google Analytics / BigQuery if that speeds things up. Feel free to visualise flows with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, or custom D3/Sankey charts—whatever makes the navigation paths crystal-clear.

Deliverables
• A cleaned, documented dataset ready for future reuse
• Clear visualisations of the navigation flow (e.g., Sankey or funnel diagrams)
• A concise report explaining key findings, drop-off points, and quick-win recommendations

I will provide the raw website data as soon as we start. Let me know which toolset you prefer and how long you’ll need to turn around the first draft of insights focusing on that critical “alur navigasi pengguna” that interests me most.
