ZKTeco uFace 800 Excel Report

Our uFace 800 (ZKTeco) records every punch reliably, but I need a clean, monthly Excel report that managers can read at a glance and payroll can import without edits.

What I expect in each row: employee ID, employee name, entry time, exit time, calculated late minutes, an automatic deduction field driven by those late minutes, plus the day’s name (Monday-Sunday). Each calendar day of the month must appear—even if the person was absent—so totals are always clear.

I can provide either a raw log export or remote access to the device; whichever is faster for you. You are free to use VBA, Power Query, or any other Excel-friendly method, as long as the final workbook opens with no security warnings and all formulas/macros stay inside the file.

Deliverable:
• One reusable Excel template that pulls the data, performs the calculations, and lays it out exactly as described above, ready for any future month.

Acceptance criteria will be a correctly generated report for the current month with all fields populating accurately and deductions reflecting my late-minute policy.
