Weekly Warehouse Stock Sync

Every week I pull warehouse numbers into several Excel sheets and spend far too much time reconciling them. I need a detail-oriented partner who can take over the process: pull the raw exports, compare physical counts against the spreadsheets, flag discrepancies, and then refresh the master file so stock data is always current.

My priority metric is Order accuracy—each cycle you’ll verify that the quantities we promise to customers match what is actually on the shelves, highlighting any gaps before they become fulfilment issues. The work is strictly for warehouse stock (no retail storefront or digital assets).

You can use your preferred Excel techniques, formulas, or Power Query, as long as the result is a clean, version-controlled workbook I can open on Monday morning along with a brief note explaining any anomalies and the corrective actions you took.
