Weekly Inventory Sheet Management

Each week I pull fresh inventory numbers from several sources and need them reflected accurately in three places: Google Sheets, Zoho Sheet, and a master Excel workbook. I’m looking for someone who can take the raw files I provide, enter the data into the correct tabs, apply basic cleaning (duplicate removal, consistent SKU formatting), and then run a light analysis so I instantly see what’s low, over-stocked, or trending.

Here’s how I picture the flow: every Monday I’ll share the source files; by Wednesday you will have the sheets updated and the analysis finished. The analysis can be simple—think conditional-formatted stock levels, a quick pivot or summary table, and a short note on any anomalies you spot. Consistency across the three platforms is crucial, so formulas and formatting need to match as closely as the software allows.

Deliverables each week:
• Updated inventory tables in Google Sheets, Zoho Sheet, and Excel
• A compact summary tab (or sheet) highlighting stock status and notable changes
• A brief comment log of issues, corrections, or questions

As long as the data lines up, the formulas calculate correctly, and I can glance at your summary to know where we stand, I’ll sign off on the week’s work.
