Weekly Inventory Analysis & Sync
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
Each week I pull inventory records from both Google Sheets and Zoho; I then need everything cleaned, merged and analysed in Excel so I can see stock movements and spot discrepancies at a glance.
Here’s what I’m after:
• Import the latest CSV/Sheet exports from Google and Zoho into a master Excel file.
• Map and reconcile SKUs, quantities, locations and timestamps, flagging any mismatches.
• Build or update pivot-table dashboards and simple charts that highlight low-stock items, ageing stock and fast movers.
• Return the refreshed workbook to me (or publish it to OneDrive) by the same day each week so my team can act on the numbers immediately.
I’ve already set up basic column mappings and can share sample files, but the formulas, look-ups and conditional formatting need tightening to avoid manual fixes. If you excel at inventory data analysis in Excel and can keep to a consistent weekly rhythm, let’s get started.
