Water Consumption Analysis and Prediction Application

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

We already have a base dataset: a map with all polygons (around 400 parcels) and each parcel includes attributes such as ID, area/size, estimated number of people, land-use type (residential/commercial/etc), and other relevant variables.
What we need now is the following:
1. Consumption analysis
We receive monthly water consumption data for the entire polygon (as a single value).
We need an algorithm that can distribute or correlate that total consumption with the parcel-level attributes (type of parcel, number of people, size, etc) to estimate a reasonable consumption per parcel category.

2. Predictions
We want simple predictive models for:
• Estimated future water consumption
• Possible future growth or changes in the polygon (urban expansion / parcel demand trends)
These models don’t need to be extremely complex — just meaningful insights based on the available data.

3. Visualization
We need a map-based dashboard or WebGIS where we can:
• Visualize the polygons and their attributes
• See estimated consumption distribution
• View predictions of both consumption and potential growth
