Virtual Assistant, Research
Budget: $2 – $8 AUD
The core of this role is data-focused virtual assistance. I will be passing raw spreadsheets and platform exports your way, and I need them cleaned, organised, and transformed into concise insights I can act on quickly. Typical deliverables include a neatly formatted Google Sheet or Excel file, pivot-table summaries, and a short written brief that calls out trends, anomalies, and recommended next steps.
Beyond the analytical work, occasional light admin may pop up—calendar notes or a quick follow-up email template—so a flexible mindset is welcome, but the priority will always remain on turning numbers into clear narratives.
Success for each task will be measured by:
• Accurate data cleaning with zero broken formulas
• Readable visual or tabular summaries delivered in the agreed file format
• An insight brief no longer than one page that highlights at least three actionable findings
