Vehicle Scrap Data Extraction & Excel

I need the complete dataset displayed on https://vscrap.parivahan.gov.in/vehiclescrap/vahan/dashboard.xhtml captured and delivered in a single interactive Excel workbook. Every figure, label, and attribute that shows on the public dashboard—RVSF centre details, state-wise numbers, vehicle categories, statuses and any other fields—must be included so that nothing visible online is missing offline.

Once the raw information is in place, transform it into an analysis-ready file:

• Build dynamic pivot tables so I can freely re-aggregate by centre, state, date, vehicle type or any other column you collect.
• Add clean, automatically refreshing graphs and charts tied to those pivots.
• Enable fast exploration with filters and slicers that let me “slice and dice” on demand without touching formulas.

The workbook should open to an intuitive summary sheet, but every source table must stay accessible on separate tabs for auditing. If you use Power Query, VBA or an external scraping script, note the method and leave a refresh option where possible—repeatable extraction is a bonus.

Deliverables
1. Excel file (.xlsx) containing the fully scraped data and interactive analysis tools.
2. Brief read-me outlining your extraction approach and refresh steps (if automated).

Accuracy is critical: totals in Excel must reconcile exactly with the live numbers displayed on the portal the day the job is handed over.
