Vehicle Dispatch Excel Tracker

I need a user-friendly Excel file that lets our team log which vehicles head out each day and when they return, then flag them as cleaned with a single click.

Core layout
• Mandatory columns: Vehicle ID/Plate Number and Time Out / Return Time.
• Extra fields such as driver name can stay optional for now so the sheet stays uncluttered, yet please leave room in the design for me to add them later.

Clean-status workflow
A simple checkbox beside every record should toggle a “cleaned” state. Once ticked, the entire row (or at least the cell range that matters) must switch to a green fill automatically—no manual formatting. I’m fine if you use VBA or pure conditional formatting; just keep it dependable and easy to maintain.

Look & feel
Professional, visually tidy, with clear headings and freeze-pane scrolling for long lists. Use standard fonts and subtle borders so the new green highlight stands out. The example file attached shows the data we already gather; please restructure it rather than starting from scratch, preserving any notes or comments inside.

Deliverable
Send back a working .xlsx file that:
1. Opens without security warnings in the latest Microsoft 365 release.
2. Lets me add, copy, or delete rows while keeping all rules intact.
3. Provides one demo row showing the clean/un-clean toggle in action.

That’s all—once the template passes those checks I’ll mark the project complete.
