Validity & Reliability Test SPSS

Job ID: 40065802

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I have an Excel file that holds completed 10 responses to a 19-item questionnaire organised under four main dimensions. I now need a clear statistical confirmation that each item truly belongs where it should (validity via Pearson correlation) and that the overall instrument is consistent (reliability via Cronbach’s Alpha).

The raw data are ready to import; they just need to be opened in SPSS, coded if necessary, and analysed. SPSS is my preferred platform, so please keep the workflow and all output files in that environment.

Deliverables I need:
• An SPSS .sav file with variables properly labelled and any recoding documented
• Pearson item–total correlation results for each of the 19 items, flagged for significance
• Cronbach’s Alpha (overall and by dimension) with any “alpha if item deleted” insights
• A concise write-up (Word or PDF) that explains the findings in plain language and highlights any problematic items

If you spot issues that call for follow-up steps—item removal, dimension reshuffling, additional reliability checks—please note them in the report.

I will share the Excel data as soon as we start; kindly let me know your expected turnaround time and any clarifications you need.
