2026 Validated U.S. Residential Data
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m looking for a fresh 2026 updated dataset of U.S. residential contacts that I can drop straight into my campaigns without worrying about bad emails or dead phone numbers.
The file must cover every state and include only individuals aged 45 or older. For each contact I need a full name, a working email address, and a reachable phone number.
Approx data count according to the USA demographics should be around 100-120 millions
I’ll be running the list through ZeroBounce and similar verification tools, so I expect a true 0 % bounce rate. Please deliver everything as a statewise well-structured CSV so I can import it immediately.
Deliverables
• One/Multiple CSV containing validated records (name, email, phone, age 45+) for all 50 states
• Verification report or proof of zero-bounce testing
