Urgent Data Center Site Test-fit Design

Need true 24-hour delivery on data center site test-fits (100% remote, no internal building design).
You will receive immediately after award:
• Parcel boundary (KML/KMZ, SHP, GeoJSON or DWG)
• All known existing infrastructure we have (overhead transmission/distribution lines, pipelines, easements, substations, etc.)
• Target campus IT load (typically 50–200 MW)
Designer’s scope (all from public/remote sources only):
• Review and incorporate our provided constraints
• Analyze topography, floodplain, wetlands, protected areas, zoning, and any other publicly available GIS/aerial data
• Apply industry-standard data center setbacks (noise, visual, security, utilities, zoning, flood elevation, etc.)
Deliverables (external site layout only – simple building boxes):
1. 1–2 page PDF summary: Yes/No/Maybe + realistic maximum achievable MW
2. Preliminary site plan showing data hall footprints, generator yard, switchgear, cooling yard, access roads, security buffers
3. Files: PDF + editable DWG + KML/KMZ (SHP optional)
