I’m focusing strictly on shopping centers, office complexes, and public parking lots, and every recommended spot must meet two non-negotiable criteria: consistently high traffic volume and adequate physical space for equipment and vehicle turnaround.
Here’s what I expect:
• Market-level scan of suitable urban zones using traffic counts, parking utilisation reports, GIS layers, Google Maps, and any open municipal data you find.
• Comparative matrix of at least 6–8 candidate sites detailing daily vehicle flow, existing electrical service indications, lease or permitting considerations, and nearby amenities.
• High-resolution map pins and drive-time visuals for each option.
• A concise recommendation report that ranks the sites, explains your scoring logic, and flags any red-tape risks (zoning, utility upgrades, landlord approvals).
• Optional but welcome: on-the-ground photos or Street View screenshots to validate access and visibility.
