I need a sharp set of eyes on three complementary datasets—sales, customer, and market—so I can clearly see the trends shaping my business. You’ll receive the raw CSVs (well-structured and cleaned) and any accompanying data dictionaries on kickoff.

Your mission is straightforward: examine the data holistically and surface meaningful patterns, correlations, and emerging movements. I’m interested in seasonality, shifts in customer behavior, product-level performance, and any market signals that can guide strategy.

Deliverables
• A concise written report (PDF or DOCX) outlining key trends, supporting statistics, and business implications
• Interactive visuals or dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, or Python notebooks with Matplotlib/Seaborn/Plotly) that let me explore findings on my own
• Reproducible code or SQL queries, clearly documented, so the analysis can be rerun when new data arrives

Acceptance Criteria
• All insights traceable back to the provided datasets
• Visuals labeled clearly enough to stand on their own
• Code executes without errors in a standard environment (Python 3.x with pandas or R tidyverse)
