I will need this "survey" to plan a construction of new warehouse on the property, and thus need to understand where exactly i can position the building not to overlap with conservation protected area

available maps are not very user friendly, and for my purposes i need something that would have a measurement grid, scale, elevations from topographic map, conservation boundaries, existing buildings. it must be in a format that i can use and make usable for an architect to prepare drawings for submission
