Thorough Excel Data Cleanup

I have an Excel workbook that contains a mix of text and numbers spread across several sheets. The file has accumulated duplicates, scattered typos, and a variety of date, currency, and text formats that no longer line up. I need the data brought back to a consistent, reliable state.

Here is what I expect: every duplicate row or record removed, obvious spelling mistakes corrected, and all columns standardized so dates, currencies, phone numbers, and any other values follow one clear pattern throughout. Because I am not yet committed to a single formatting convention, I would appreciate your recommendation on the most practical, professional standard before you begin—then apply it across the board.
