I have a sizeable batch of text-based records that must be cleaned up and formatted inside Excel (or Google Sheets, if you prefer). The raw files show the usual culprits—irregular spacing, mixed capitalization, stray characters, and a sprinkling of duplicates. On kickoff I’ll hand you a clear, line-by-line formatting guide so you can follow our internal style without guesswork.

You’ll have at least 20 hours a week available to keep the project moving quickly, but accuracy can never dip; every cell has to match the rules I provide. Feel free to lean on native Excel functions, Power Query, or lightweight macros—whatever lets you hit both speed and precision.

Deliverables
• A fully cleaned and consistently formatted spreadsheet that passes spot audits against the guide.
• A brief log of any assumptions or fixes that fell outside the documented rules.
