TXT Data to Spreadsheet Update

I have a collection of TXT files that contain fresh material data which is not yet reflected in my master spreadsheet. Your task is to read each TXT file, extract the required fields, and add only the new entries—no edits to existing rows are necessary.

The spreadsheet is already structured; simply follow the column order exactly so everything aligns. Accuracy matters more than speed: duplicates must be avoided and the original TXT content must be captured without omissions or typos. When you finish, I expect the updated spreadsheet returned in its current format (Excel) along with a brief log noting how many records you added and any anomalies you encountered. If you prefer to script the import with Python, Power Query, or a similar tool, that’s fine—just keep the final sheet clean and ready for immediate use.
