Switchyard Excel Bar Bending Schedule
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need a complete Bar Bending Schedule prepared in Microsoft Excel for a sub-station switchyard. The sheet must list every bar with its diameter, shape code, and—most importantly—the precise cutting length, then convert those lengths to total weight in kg so fabrication figures are ready to issue to the yard.
Keep the workbook simple to read yet fully formula-driven: if I adjust a length or add a bar, the weight totals should update automatically. A summary tab that rolls up overall tonnage alongside a detailed tab for individual bars will make approvals faster on my side.
All calculations should follow the usual IS 2502 shape codes (or an equivalent internationally recognised system) so contractors can check your numbers without extra conversion. Once finished I expect a clean, print-ready Excel file that can be passed straight to the steel yard.
