Survey Graphs & Class Excel Sheets

I have raw survey data collected with FormSG that now needs to be turned into something teachers can read at a glance. Your task is two-fold: first, reorganise the responses so I can see overall trends through clear bar graphs; second, break the data down by class and save each class on its own worksheet inside a single Excel workbook.

Here is exactly what I need you to hand back:

• One summary sheet showing all survey questions with clean bar graphs that pull directly from the data range, so the visuals update automatically if figures change.
• Individual tabs for every class, each already filtered to only that class’s responses and laid out in a tidy table. The structure should mirror the summary, letting staff compare like-for-like quickly.
• All formulas, pivot tables or Power Query steps left intact, documented briefly in cell comments or a short notes sheet so I can trace or refresh the logic later.

I will supply the FormSG export as soon as we start. Please keep the file compatible with the latest Microsoft 365 version of Excel, avoid external links, and name sheets clearly (e.g., “Class 3A”, “Class 3B”, etc.).
