I’m ready to share an Excel file that captures 30 survey questions answered by 81 people. The data mixes scaled ratings, descriptive grading words, and fully open-ended responses.
What I need from you is a concise, insight-driven PowerPoint deck that:
• Segments the findings twice—first by respondent exposure to customers (regular customer-facing, occasional customer-facing, non-customer-facing) and then by career seniority (junior, mid-level, senior).
• Highlights key themes, similarities, and striking differences within and between those segments.
• Uses clear bar or pie charts—and only when they help the story—to bring numeric insights to life.
• Summarises open-ended feedback through thematic coding and, where useful, a word cloud or similar visual.
• Finishes each section with a short narrative interpreting what the numbers mean and why it matters.
You’ll receive the raw spreadsheet plus the original survey report as soon as we start. The deliverable is the editable PPT file; please keep the layout clean so I can drop it straight into a client presentation without re-formatting.
