Structured Project Reporting Design

Project Description

I am looking for a freelancer who can help create structured and professional project reports based on data from Opus and project schedules from MS Project.

The main objective is to organize project data into clear and easy-to-read reports that allow us to monitor progress, timelines, and key project information efficiently.

Scope of Work:

* Review and organize data exported from Opus.
* Create professional report templates (preferably in Excel, Word, or PowerPoint).
* Ensure the report layout includes company branding such as logo, colors, header, and footer.
* Compare and align Opus data with schedules from MS Project.
* Present project progress, timelines, and key metrics in a clear and structured format.
* If possible, implement automation, templates, or macros to make the reporting process faster and more efficient.

Requirements:

* Experience with project reporting.
* Familiar with Opus systems (preferred but not mandatory).
* Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and MS Project.
* Ability to design clean and professional report layouts.

Goal:
The final result should be a professional reporting format that can be reused regularly to track project progress and ensure data consistency.

If you have experience creating automated reports or project dashboards, that would be a strong advantage.
