Structured IT Performance Report
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need a decision-ready technical report that tells me, in plain language and clear numbers, how our information-technology platform is performing right now. Every Critical or High issue has to be tracked, explained, and prioritised, so that by the time I reach the last page I know exactly what to fix first and how.
Scope
Our focus is strictly on system performance. Security gaps and software-update planning are outside this engagement, though feel free to flag anything glaring you notice. Draw on the monitoring data I’ll provide (server logs, throughput metrics, latency snapshots, capacity graphs) and any benchmarking tools you normally use—PerfMon, Grafana, New Relic, or similar—so long as the methodology is reproducible.
Deliverables
• Executive summary (one page) with a single, actionable recommendation
• Main body of the report, structured for managers: methodology, findings, root-cause analysis, and impact assessment for every Critical / High issue
• Visual appendix: charts and tables backing each finding (source files included)

I consider the job done when the report is self-contained, logically ordered, and I can hand it to leadership without rewriting a line.
