Streamline 30 MB Excel Model

My current Excel workbook has grown to roughly 30 MB. It holds our Actuals and Forecast calculations along with dedicated Inputs and Summary sheets. Performance is now sluggish and sharing the file has become a chore, so I need the file footprint brought down as far as realistically possible while keeping every result identical.

Scope of what can change
• Formulas: you may re-write, refactor or consolidate them if that helps reduce weight, provided all outputs remain intact.
• Data formatting: feel free to strip excess cell styles, conditional formats or other heavy-handed formatting that adds bulk.
Accuracy is non-negotiable for both Actuals and Forecast sections; figures must reconcile 100 % to the original. Charts and images can stay untouched unless you spot an obvious quick win that doesn’t disturb presentation.

What I’ll hand over
– The original 30 MB workbook.
– A brief note on how each sheet links so you see the logic at a glance.

What I expect back
– An optimized workbook that opens faster, calculates quickly and is noticeably smaller.
– A short change log describing the key techniques you used (e.g., array formula removal, range de-duplication, VBA clean-up).

If you have proven tricks with Excel’s auditing tools, Power Query, or VBA for tidying named ranges and styles, that will likely get the job done faster. Let me know the size you achieve and any trade-offs you considered before final hand-off.
