Statistically Refined Data Analysis

Hi,
The data in the attached Excel files has already undergone statistical testing. No additional statistical analysis is required.
Each Excel file is already organized, such that each file contains its own set of associations. Please treat each file independently and do not merge associations across different files.
What I need is only filtering and cleaning the existing results, as follows:
- Keep only statistically significant associations at p<0.05
- Exclude all non-significant results
- Exclude negative or inverse associations
- Retain only positive and significant associations
The final output should be a clean, simplified table for each file, including only the significant associations (with p-values and any reported effect measures).
Please remove everything else that does not meet these criteria
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in statistical analysis
- Experience with observational data
- Familiarity with chi-square test, t-test, and ANOVA
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
