Here is what I need from you:
• Turn my broad themes into a concise, engaging questionnaire made up entirely of open-ended prompts.
• Set up the survey on a reliable web platform (Typeform, Google Forms, SurveyMonkey—whichever you recommend) and configure it for desktop and mobile.
• Deliver a shareable link plus any embed code so I can promote the survey myself.
• Once responses are in, export the raw data and provide a clean spreadsheet ready for my own analysis.
