Solve P&G Skills Assessment
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a concise, job-ready skills assessment that P&G can use to screen candidates. The test must cover two areas:
• Technical component – centred on Data Analysis. Think practical dataset interpretation, basic statistics, Excel/SQL manipulations, and scenario-based questions that mirror the type of analytical thinking P&G expects.
• Soft-skill component – situational prompts that reveal collaboration style, problem-solving approach, and communication clarity.
Please deliver:
1. A question bank (roughly 30 technical, 20 soft-skill items) tagged by difficulty and competency.
2. An answer key with clear explanations and a scoring rubric that flags pass/fail thresholds.
3. Candidate instructions plus brief guidance for hiring managers on interpreting results.
4. A single, ready-to-upload file format (Word or Google Docs is fine) so the internal team can drop it straight into our online testing platform.
Keep the language polished, free of jargon, and aligned with P&G’s professional tone.
