I have already mapped out the full philosophy behind our co-operative’s books; what I am missing is a clean, reliable Excel solution that turns that vision into day-to-day numbers. From a blank workbook you will:

• Structure tables that capture every member’s contributions and dues in one place, ready for quick look-ups or audits.
• Automate calculations—balances, late-fee triggers, running totals, month-end roll-overs—so no figure needs to be touched twice.
• Present the results in clear financial reports: a contributions ledger, member statements and a summary dashboard I can share at committee meetings.

Feel free to lean on the tools you know best—formulas, PivotTables, VBA, Power Query, dynamic arrays—so long as the file stays fully contained in Excel and can be maintained without external add-ins.
