Social Listening Analysis - looking for Chinese native freelancer

We are a Swiss start-up trying to stir up the Swiss watch industry. The goal is to launch our first product simultaneously in Switzerland and in China. Watches shall only be sold online. Now, to gain first insights into the social media marketing landscape, we need a Chinese national skilled with data analysis, excel VBA, and able to translate Chinese social media posts into English.

The goal is to find out what the most effective influencer typ would be to collaborate with, in order to promote our product. We already established an analytical framework to analyze the data. However, we need an expert (native Chinese) who is able to extract a data sample from Douyin, translate it to English, and analyze it according to a framework provided by us.
