Soccer Statistics Updates
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I need a detail-oriented statistician who can take charge of my squad’s numbers each week and keep them perfectly current. You may work in Excel, Google Sheets, a small database—whatever environment you’re most efficient in is fine with me, so long as I can open the file and follow the logic behind it.
The core metrics are simple but must be exact: goals, minutes played, appearances, plus yellow and red cards. Every Monday I’ll supply raw match reports; by Wednesday I expect the sheet updated, double-checked, and any discrepancies flagged. Alongside the data, include a short note highlighting trends or outliers you feel the coaching staff should notice.
Deliverables
• A well-structured table updated weekly with Goals, Minutes, Appearances, Yellow and Red cards for every listed player.
• A brief written summary of insights or anomalies.
Accuracy is critical, so in your proposal tell me:
– The tool you’ll use and why it suits weekly updates.
– Your method for catching and correcting data entry errors (cross-checks, formulas, validation rules, etc.).
– Your total price for handling the updates throughout the season.
