I'm launching a new puff snack line and need a financial analyst to create a detailed cost model and profitability forecast.
Your role will include:
- Calculating cost per bag (raw materials, oil, seasoning, packaging, labor, overhead).
- Modeling profitability across different bag sizes (20g, 50g, 100g).
- Conducting sensitivity analysis (how profit changes with ingredient price or sales volume).
- Creating a dynamic Excel model that we can update easily.
Requirements:
- Experience in FMCG/food manufacturing cost modeling.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Knowledge of supply chain cost structures (preferred).
Deliverables:
- Detailed Excel model with cost breakdown.
- Profitability scenarios (best/worst case).
- Final report with key recommendations.
