Smartsheet Construction Project Portfolio Template

I need a repeatable Smartsheet solution that lets me spin up an individual project workspace, capture every cost driver, and then roll key metrics into one interactive portfolio-level dashboard.
Inside each project file, separate control tabs must track labor, equipment, materials, rentals, and multiple subcontractor tiers. Financial health is a priority: the sheet has to compare base budget to current budget, calculate Estimate at Completion (EAC), and show cost variance in real time.
Across the portfolio, the master dashboard must automatically surface: project progress, financial health, resource allocation, change-order activity, project billing status, subcontractor change orders, and scope changes. Drill-through links or report widgets should let a manager jump straight into any underlying sheet.
