Sleep Data Consolidation & Analysis
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have Oura Ring records covering 2023-present alongside nightly metrics from Eight Sleep, ResMed MyAir (sleep-apnea events) and Dexcom Clarity Stelo (glucose trends). Right now each platform lives in its own file; I need everything merged into a single, well-structured Excel workbook.
Once the data sits in one place I’ll be adding context tags—examples I already use are “Alcohol”, “Magnesium” and “Physical Activity”. I’d like your help expanding that list so it also captures diet, exercise intensity, sleep-environment tweaks and any other factors you spot in the raw data. After tagging, the goal is to uncover how those inputs influence Oura’s Sleep Score and Sleep Efficiency, compare results across the four sources, and translate the findings into clear, actionable recommendations—a repeatable sleep protocol for my brother to follow.
Deliverables
• An Excel file that cleanly combines Oura data in a way that is integrated and easy to interpret
• A master excel file integrating Oura, Eight Sleep, MyAir and Dexcom datasets, with consistent date/time keys and tidy column naming
• An expanded, categorized tag dictionary plus an easy way for me to add or edit tags on each row (data-validation dropdowns or similar)
• Exploratory analysis and visual dashboards highlighting correlations, outliers and key drivers of sleep quality
• A short written summary translating the insights into practical next steps and protocol guidelines
If interested, I’ll supply the exported CSVs/Excel files and the initial tag list; you bring the data-wrangling expertise and analytical insight.
