Six Sigma Measure Phase Support

Job ID: 40010071

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

I have already completed the Define stage of my DMAIC project and now need expert guidance to execute the Measure phase correctly. The process involves both quantitative production metrics and qualitative voice-of-customer feedback, so the approach must handle mixed data types seamlessly.

Here is the help I’m counting on:

• Data collection planning – translate the CTQs we identified into a practical sampling strategy and detailed collection sheets that my team can start using right away.
• Measurement system analysis – run a complete Gage R&R for the key instruments and an attribute agreement study for our inspection checklist, summarizing findings and recommending fixes if the systems fall short.
• Descriptive statistics – once reliable data are in hand, generate the basic distribution plots, capability snapshots, and summary statistics that set us up for the Analyze phase.

You may use Excel, Minitab, JMP, or another statistically sound tool as long as the final workbooks or project files are fully editable. Supplementary slide or PDF summaries are welcome for quick stakeholder updates.

Acceptance criteria
• Clear, actionable data collection plan approved by me and ready for operators.
• MSA report that meets AIAG or equivalent guidelines, showing %GRR and attribute agreement results with interpretation.
• Descriptive stats file with clean data, charts, and a short narrative describing key insights.

I can provide process maps, CTQ tree, and all existing SOPs as soon as we start. Turnaround within one week is ideal, but let me know if you need a little more time.
