Simio Resource Utilization Simulation

I am looking for an experienced Simio engineer to build a focused simulations that pinpoints how well our resources are being used and where idle time or overload occurs. The core goal is clear: improve resource utilization in the target applications.

Here is what I need from you:
• Develop functional Simio models of the current system (I will share process flow charts, arrival rates, shift patterns, and other data required).
• Run multiple scenarios to reveal under-utilized or over-stressed resources.
• Provide a concise results dashboard and a short written summary highlighting improvement opportunities, sensitivity to demand changes, and quick-win recommendations.

If you have prior Simio projects that tackled workflow efficiency or capacity balancing, please mention them—seeing relevant model screenshots or brief demo clips will help me gauge fit.
