Shopify Processing & Shipping Analytics

I run a growing Shopify store and want clear, reliable numbers on how long each order actually takes to leave our warehouse, move through the carrier network, and reach the customer. The raw data already lives inside Shopify; I simply haven’t had the time to pull it out, clean it, and turn it into something actionable.

What I need from you is a full-cycle data analysis—extraction, cleaning, calculation of key time-based metrics, plus a concise set of visuals I can check every week without touching code. You can work in whatever stack you prefer (Excel, Python, R, Power BI, Looker Studio, Google Sheets—all fine as long as the outcome is refreshable).

Deliverables
• A clean data file (CSV or Excel) that includes new columns for order processing time, shipping transit time, and any other latency measures you consider helpful.
• An interactive dashboard or report that tracks averages, medians, and 95th-percentile outliers by week, product line, and carrier.
• A short findings summary pointing out where delays are occurring and quick wins I can act on immediately.
