Senior Developer Needed – Review & Optimize HRM Lead Scraper (Scoring & Architecture)

I’m looking for an experienced developer or data engineer to critically review and improve an existing Lead Scraper for HRM services.
This product is live and already being sold. The core functionality works, but I believe there are improvements possible — especially in code structure, architecture, and how High / Medium / Low potential leads are scored.
The goal is not to rebuild everything, but to make the leads stronger, better explained, and warmer by improving the underlying logic and approach.
What I need
- Initial focus is on review & advice, not immediate implementation:
- Review existing code and setup
- Analyze current lead scoring logic
- Identify weaknesses or oversimplifications
- Suggest better ways to detect intent and relevance
- Provide clear, actionable optimization advice
If the advice is strong, the developer may take ownership of implementation in a next phase.
Ideal background;
- Experience with lead generation, enrichment, or data pipelines
- Strong understanding of scoring / classification logic
- Comfortable reviewing and improving existing systems
