Scientific Report on Bio1011 Analysis Task

Job ID: 40314718

Budget: $30 – $50 AUD

Hello,

I need help with my BIO1011 assignment. Please read all of this carefully before you start, because I want the task to be done correctly from the beginning.

This assignment is called the BIO1011 Analysis Task. It is a short scientific report based on data analysis. It is not a normal essay and it is not a research paper. The report must be based mainly on the data files I will send you, plus a few real academic references for support.

Very important: the example report I will send is not the same topic as my assignment (it is about a different topic, but you must use it to understand the correct writing style, structure, and especially the feedback comments in red). Do not copy the topic, do not write about blood pressure, and do not reuse its ideas. My real assignment topic is about enzymes only.

My assignment topic is comparing two enzymes:
Neo-Lipase
Novozym435

The goal of the report is to analyse the data and compare these two enzymes under two conditions.

The two conditions are:

1. Overall performance
This means comparing how the enzyme activity changes when substrate concentration changes.

2. Thermal stability
This means comparing how the enzyme activity changes when temperature changes.

So the whole report must stay focused on these two points only.

You must use only the files I send you:
the assignment instructions
the rubric
the raw data
the example report

Please read the instructions and rubric carefully before writing anything, because I want the final work to match them closely.

The final report must follow this structure exactly:

Aim and Hypothesis
Results
Discussion and Conclusion
References

For the Aim and Hypothesis section:
Write a simple aim that clearly explains what the report is investigating.
Then write simple hypotheses for the two conditions.
Keep this section clear and basic.

For the Results section:
This section must only describe what is seen in the data and graphs.
Do not explain why anything happened in this section.
Do not give reasons.
Do not include raw data numbers.
Only describe trends such as increase, decrease, or patterns.

For the Discussion and Conclusion section:
This is where you explain the results.
Explain why the trends happened using simple scientific ideas.
Clearly say if the hypothesis is supported or not.
End with a short and clear conclusion.

For the References section:
Use 4 real and reliable academic sources.
Sources must be strong and trustworthy (peer-reviewed journal articles from Google Scholar).
Use Harvard referencing style correctly.
Include both in-text citations and a reference list.
Make sure every in-text citation appears in the reference list.
Do not use fake references.

Very important about the example report:
Use the example only as a guide for:
structure
writing style
level of detail
and especially the feedback comments in red

The feedback comments are very important because they show what mistakes to avoid and what the marker expects. Please follow them carefully.

Writing style requirements:
Use very simple English.
Write like a first-year student.
Keep sentences short and clear.
Do not use complex or advanced vocabulary.
Do not make the writing sound like AI or an expert.

Content rules:
Do not change the topic.
Do not copy from the example.
Do not add unnecessary information.
Keep the report around 500 to 600 words.

Graph requirements:
Create exactly two graphs only.

Graph 1:
overall performance (substrate concentration vs enzyme activity)

Graph 2:
thermal stability (temperature vs enzyme activity)

Each graph must include both enzymes for comparison.

The main goal is a simple, clear, correct report that follows the rubric, follows the example style, uses the feedback properly, and can achieve high marks.

Please confirm that you understand everything before starting.
