I’m seeking a finance-savvy professional to examine our school’s operational expenses for the last fiscal year and present clear findings, variances, and actionable remarks in an Excel spreadsheet. The workbook should lay out each cost centre, flag any inconsistencies or policy breaches, and include a concise summary tab highlighting key insights and recommendations.
Source material—ledgers, invoices, and bank statements—will be provided in PDF and CSV form. Please reconcile these against our approved budget, note any overruns or unusual patterns, and suggest corrective steps. While the focus is strictly on operational spending, I’m open to an additional drill-down (utilities, supplies, transport, etc.) if it strengthens the analysis.
