Scans to Categorized Excel & Ebook
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m sitting on a folder full of scanned documents that need to become actionable information. Your role is to pull the data from each scan, place it into an Excel workbook, and lay the groundwork for real data analysis.
Here’s what I’m after:
• An Excel file in which every record from the scans is captured accurately, cleaned, and organised by category. I’ll be running my own analysis afterward, so clear field names, consistent formats (dates, currency, percentages, etc.), and no blank rows are a must.
• Basic filtering, conditional formatting, or a simple pivot table where useful—nothing elaborate, just enough so I can instantly slice the data once I open the file.
• A companion e-book (PDF or EPUB is fine) that presents the same information in a reader-friendly layout. Feel free to use any desktop-publishing or design tool you prefer; I just need the final file looking polished and ready to share.
You’ll be working exclusively with scanned documents, no screenshots or handwritten photos. Accuracy is critical, so let me know what OCR or manual verification method you intend to use.
Deliver both files, and include a quick note on any ambiguities you had to interpret so I can double-check them on my end. If this sounds straightforward, tell me your estimated turnaround and I’ll send the scans right over.
