Scanned Text to Spreadsheet Entry

I have a batch of scanned documents that contain paragraphs of text. My goal is to move every word from those scans into well-structured rows and columns in Excel or Google Sheets—no extra parsing, keyword extraction, or fancy formatting, simply an exact copy of what you see on the page.

Here is how the work will flow:
• I will share high-resolution scans via a shared drive.
• You open each file, copy the text paragraph by paragraph, and paste it into the spreadsheet template I provide.
• While pasting, keep line breaks and punctuation exactly as they appear so I can run consistency checks later.
• Save and name files according to the folder structure I outline so everything stays organized.

Accuracy is critical; a single typo can throw off later analysis. A quick spot-check on your first few entries will confirm we’re on the same page, then you can continue at your own pace as long as everything is delivered by the agreed deadline.

You’ll need:
– Solid familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for basic data handling
– Reliable attention to detail
– The discipline to meet a clear turnaround time
