Sales Performance Excel Spreadsheet

I’m compiling a growing set of sales figures and need a robust, user-friendly Excel workbook that lets me explore the data and quickly spot how different products, teams, or time periods stack up against one another. The core purpose is data analysis, with the immediate task centered on performance comparison.

Here’s what I need the finished file to do:
• Import or paste raw sales data without breaking anything
• Auto-clean and structure that data (Power Query or similar approaches are welcome)
• Generate dynamic summaries—pivot tables, slicers, and clear charts—that highlight performance differences by product, region, rep, and month
• Refresh at a click so it scales as new sales rows are added
• Include concise, in-sheet guidance so anyone on the team can update or tweak the views without coming back to you

Please build everything directly in Microsoft Excel; no external add-ins required beyond what ships with Office 365. Formulas should be transparent and named ranges sensibly labeled, so the workbook remains maintainable after hand-off.
