I have several months of raw sales data that I need turned into clear, actionable insight. The sole focus is to identify meaningful trends—seasonality, product-line performance, regional differences, and any other patterns that stand out—so I can make smarter business decisions.

Here is what I will hand over: the complete sales dataset exactly as it sits today. If you are comfortable working in Excel/CSV, databases, or cloud-based tables, great—I can supply the files in whichever of those formats you prefer.

Here is what I expect back:
• A concise analytical report (PDF or slide deck) highlighting the key trends you discover, complete with charts or visualisations.
• A clean, well-commented workbook or script so I can replicate or extend the analysis later.
• A brief summary of recommendations drawn directly from the data.

Your toolkit is up to you—Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib), R, Power BI, Tableau, Excel Power Query—whichever lets you dig deepest and present findings clearly.

Timing is flexible but I would like to see an initial glimpse of your approach within a few days, with the full analysis soon after. If this first project goes well, there is plenty more data waiting.
