Sales Data Pivot Analysis Setup -- 2

I need an Excel expert who can transform raw sales figures into clear, interactive insights. The data is already collected but lives in several worksheets; I want to open one workbook and immediately drill down by product, region, salesperson, and month without touching a formula.

Scope of work
• Review and, if needed, tidy the source sheets so every record is pivot-ready.
• Build well-structured Pivot Tables that summarise revenue, units sold, average order value, and gross-margin % (calculated fields).
• Apply slicers and simple conditional formatting so trends jump out at a glance.
• Optimise the workbook for speed—no sluggish refreshes even when new rows are appended.
• Deliver a brief “how-to” tab showing me where to paste fresh data and how to refresh the pivots.

I’m comfortable with standard Excel, so there’s no need for VBA or Power Query unless it streamlines the job; feel free to recommend the best approach. Accuracy, clarity, and a clean, professional layout are my priorities.
